Agreement

By accessing morvirox.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You confirm you are at least 18, or using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Who You Are Contracting With

KALIVERO LLC, a company based in the United States, trading as Morvirox, at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87110. References to we, us and our mean that company.

Products

We sell cosmetic skincare products for personal use.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or use prescription topicals, consult a dermatologist or physician before adding a new product.

Always read the ingredient list before use, and patch test on a small area first. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs.

Product Information and Images

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photography, screen calibration and packaging updates mean the item you receive may vary slightly in appearance. Formulations and packaging can change, so the ingredient list on the product you receive is the authoritative one.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send your shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

The item is unavailable
There was a pricing or description error
Payment could not be authorized
We reasonably suspect fraud or resale
The delivery address is outside the United States

Where we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable and shown before you confirm.

Prices can change at any time. The price shown when you check out is the price you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price through a technical fault or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full even after confirmation. We will contact you first.

Payment

Accepted methods are listed in our Payment Policy and shown at checkout. Payment is captured when you place the order.

You confirm the payment method used is yours or that you have permission to use it.

Shipping and Returns

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes are for personal, non-commercial use, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or expire. We may cancel orders where a code has been obtained or used improperly.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close an account used in breach of these terms.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe our rights or anyone else's, scrape or copy content systematically, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

The site, its text, images, logos, product descriptions and design are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Copying, reproduction or commercial use is not, without written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without obligation or payment to you.

User Content

If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use it in connection with the business. You confirm it is yours to give. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, supplier failure, severe weather, industrial action, government action or interruption to internet or utility services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Payment Policy, form the entire agreement between us.

Email us with COMPLAINT in the subject line and we will respond within 5 business days. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
