Payment Information We Do Not Hold

Card details go directly to our payment processors over an encrypted connection. They never reach our servers. We can see the last four digits, the card brand and whether a payment succeeded. We cannot see your full card number.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information for money.

E-commerce platform: Shopify Inc, which hosts the store and processes orders
Payment processors: Shopify Payments and any wallet you choose at checkout, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
Fulfillment and carriers: our fulfillment partner and the carrier delivering your parcel, who receive your name, address and phone number
Email and SMS platforms: where you have opted in
Analytics and advertising: Google and Meta, for the purposes described in the cookies section

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business sale or merger.

A Note on Advertising

We use Google and Meta advertising products. Under some state privacy laws, sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising counts as a sale or as sharing even where no money changes hands. You can opt out at any time using the contact details below, or by rejecting advertising cookies in the cookie banner.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to fulfill an order. You may use an authorized agent, and we will verify the request.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Other States

Comparable rights apply under those state laws, including the right to appeal a refused request. If we decline your request, we will explain why and tell you how to appeal.

How to Exercise a Right

Email info@morvirox.com with the subject PRIVACY REQUEST. We respond within 45 days and may take a further 45 days where a request is complex, in which case we will tell you before the first period ends. We will verify your identity using the email address and order details on file.

Marketing

Unsubscribe using the link in any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or email us. Order confirmations, shipping notifications and return correspondence are transactional and will continue regardless, since they are part of fulfilling your order.

Children

The site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. Access to customer data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers promptly if a breach occurs, as required by applicable law.

Where Your Information Is Held

Primarily in the United States. Some service providers process data elsewhere, under contractual safeguards.
