Track Your Order

Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation to see where your package is. If you do not have it in front of you, your order number and the email address you checked out with will also work.

When Does the Tracking Number Arrive?

Two emails come from us. The first lands within minutes of ordering and confirms what you bought. The second carries the tracking number and goes out once the carrier scans the package in, usually 1 to 2 business days after you order.

The Tracking Has Not Moved

For the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive the number, tracking often shows nothing at all. The package exists, it simply has not passed a scan point yet. This is the single most common thing people write to us about, and the package is nearly always fine.

For reference: we ship within 1 to 2 business days and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday in both cases. If nothing has updated for 7 business days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier. You do not need to chase them yourself.

It Says Delivered, But Nothing Is Here

Check with neighbors, on porches, behind planters, in mailrooms, and with anyone else in the building. Carriers do leave packages out of sight. If it has still not turned up 48 hours after the delivery scan, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Wrong Address

We can only change a delivery address before the package ships. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately with your order number. Once it is with the carrier it is out of our hands.
