What We Can Help With

Where is my order: send your order number and we will trace it with the carrier ourselves.
Starting a return: we reply with the return address and an authorization number.
Is this right for my skin: we will give you the full ingredient list and tell you honestly if we think it is not a good match.
Something arrived damaged or wrong: send a photo and choose a refund or a replacement.
Anything else: if you are not sure who to ask, ask us.

One Thing That Speeds Us Up

Include your order number in your first message. It is at the top of your confirmation email. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, attach a photo to that same message and we can act on it right away instead of writing back to ask for one.

A Note on Skin Advice

We are happy to talk about ingredients, textures and how to work a product into a routine. What we cannot do is diagnose a skin condition or tell you whether a product is safe for you medically. If you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are using prescription topicals, speak to a dermatologist or physician before adding anything new.

Returns

Email us for a return authorization before sending anything back. The address printed on your package is a fulfillment point, not our returns facility, so packages sent there can go astray. The full process is in our Return and Refund Policy.

If We Get It Wrong

Email us with COMPLAINT in the subject line and we will respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can also contact your state consumer protection office or the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
